Sherpa Buses

The Snowdon Sherpa service travels through some of the most fantastic scenery in Britain. It also gives you the chance to visit the towns and villages in the surrounding area and sample a variety of things to do from the huge range on offer. So why not help to minimise the impact your holiday will have on this beautiful area by parking your car and taking the bus. Below are some of the places you can visit by using the Sherpa network (please check all bus times before travelling- information available in Tourist Information Centres or click the links below:

Sherpa Car Parks

Some of the Snowdonia National Park car parks are linked to the Snowdon Sherpa buses. Bus stops are situated outside the car parks, they are your passport to a great day out in Snowdonia.


£1 Flat Fare

S2 Sherpa Service As part of the Snowdonia Green Key initiative it's going to be easier than ever to leave your car behind when travelling around the popular areas of northern Snowdonia. From March 28th onwards, Sherpa adult bus fares will be just £1 on the S1 (Llanberis - Pen y Pass), S2 (Llanberis - Bethesda/Betws/Llanwrst) and the S6 (Bangor/Bethesda - Betws). Two passengers up to the age of 16 can travel free with each fare paying adult.
